1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using the GoSheets application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GoSheets is a Shopify application that enables merchants to synchronize their store orders with Google Sheets. The Service provides:

• Automatic synchronization of Shopify orders to Google Sheets
• Bi-directional updates for tracking information
• Customizable column models and sheet configurations
• Abandoned checkout tracking

3. Account Requirements

To use GoSheets, you must:

• Have an active Shopify store with a valid subscription
• Have a Google account with access to Google Sheets
• Authorize the necessary permissions for both Shopify and Google
• Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Pricing

GoSheets offers a subscription plan billed monthly through the Shopify billing system. Current pricing is available on our website and within the Shopify App Store listing.

4.2 Billing

All charges are processed through Shopify's billing system. You authorize Shopify to charge your selected payment method for all fees incurred.

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify store. No refunds will be provided for partial billing periods.

4.4 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Comply with all applicable Shopify and Google terms of service
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security features

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GoSheets and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoSheets and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with Shopify and Google. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party services.

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
• Change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Update these Terms as needed

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• At our sole discretion with reasonable notice

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
